3.4. Legal and Safety Obligations
There may be circumstances where we are legally required to share your information, such as in response to valid governmental requests, court orders, or to comply with applicable laws. Additionally, we may share data when necessary to detect or prevent fraud, enforce our policies, or safeguard the rights and safety of our users and the public.

ChattyGo places the utmost importance on protecting the privacy of all users, particularly minors (individuals under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). We are committed to strict compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation—Children’s Provisions (GDPR-K), and other applicable laws and regulations, and we implement a variety of technical and administrative measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of minors’ data.
8.1 Restrictions on Data Collection
● ChattyGo services are only available to users who meet the applicable age requirements; individuals under 18 (or the local legal age of majority) are prohibited from using our services.
● We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from minors, including but not limited to name, address, contact information, email, device identifiers, location data, or any information that could be used to identify an individual.
● Any inadvertent collection of minors’ data will be promptly addressed to ensure it is not further used or retained.
8.2 Unauthorized Data Handling
If ChattyGo discovers or is notified that a minor has provided personal information, we will take immediate action, including but not limited to:
1. Data Deletion: Permanently remove the information from servers and backups to ensure complete deletion.
2. Account Restriction: Suspend or terminate the account to prevent further access or use of the service.
3. User Notification: Inform the user that their account has been closed and that the data has been deleted.
4. Prevent Re-Registration: Implement technical or administrative measures to prevent the minor from re-registering or submitting personal information again.
These actions are designed to protect minors’ privacy and ensure ChattyGo’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8.3 Reporting Mechanism
● User Reports: If you encounter suspected minor users while using the service, please preserve relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots or other verifiable information) and report it via our customer support email or complaint channels. Upon receiving a report, ChattyGo will verify and handle the matter within 72 hours and notify the reporter of the outcome via email.
● Guardian Reports: Parents or legal guardians who discover that a minor under their supervision is using ChattyGo may contact us via customer support or complaint channels. ChattyGo will verify the user and take necessary protective measures within 24 hours, and notify the guardian of the results via email.
● Guardians may also choose to uninstall or delete the application themselves to prevent further use by the minor.
These procedures are designed to ensure the reporting process is efficient, transparent, and effective in maintaining a safe and compliant service environment.
8.4 Guardian Responsibilities
● Parents or legal guardians are expected to reasonably supervise and guide minors’ use of ChattyGo services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and our service policies.
● If a minor provides false information claiming to meet the legal age requirement, the guardian shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation.
● ChattyGo strongly encourages guardians to educate children about the importance of online safety and to monitor their online activities to ensure adherence to this policy and applicable law.
9.Children’s safety Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old or below the digital age of consent as defined by applicable laws in your jurisdiction (“Age of Consent”). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from children under the Age of Consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will promptly delete the information and disable the associated account.
9.1.Age Verification and Access Control
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChattyGo.
Any attempt to access the platform by falsifying your age in any way is strictly prohibited.
Any effort to bypass age verification will result in your account being suspended or removed.
9.2.Prohibited Content and Behaviors
ChattyGo uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (“CSEA”) and adopts a zero-tolerance policy. Any attempt to circumvent these systems is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sexualization of Minors and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
● Sharing, creating, or distributing any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
● Content that sexualizes minors, such as discussions, sexualized role-playing, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited.
● Any form of child nudity or sexualized depiction, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
● Any threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
● Any form of psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
● Any depiction or encouragement of dangerous activities involving minors.
● Any promotion or depiction of neglect or trafficking of minors.
Underage Appearance on the Platform
● Underage individuals appearing in live streams, videos, or any other type of content is strictly prohibited.
● Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
● Attempting to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities for further investigation.
9.3.Moderation and Content Control
We employ a combination of advanced automated detection tools and trained human moderators to monitor and review user-generated content, ensuring that harmful material is identified and removed promptly—typically within 24 hours of being reported. To further strengthen our safeguards, our safety systems and moderation protocols are regularly updated and improved to address emerging risks and threats, such as new grooming tactics and concealed CSAM.
9.4.Reporting and Enforcement
The app provides in-app features to report harmful behavior or content. We commit to prioritizing reports involving minors and reviewing them within 24 hours. Once verified, strict actions will be taken, including but not limited to:
● Immediate and permanent removal of violating content.
● Immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the violator’s account.
● Permanent banning of related devices.
● Reporting CSAE cases and relevant evidence to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to take legal action against violators.

10.Third-Party Services and Websites
Our services may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or content, or may integrate with external platforms. When you click on these links or connect your account to a third-party service (such as Google), you will be directed to another website or application, and a third party may collect information from or about you. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites, applications, or content, nor to any data collection that occurs after you interact with such links.
When you connect your account to a third-party service or external platform, you authorize us to share limited information with that third party, including: a) your username or profile ID; b) confirmation that the connection originated from our Service; c) relevant usage or diagnostic data necessary to provide or improve the integration. You may revoke these connections at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you interact with. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third parties.
11.Delete your Account and Data
You may request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account;
Go to Settings > Account cancellation;
Confirm your request for permanent deletion.
Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated assets will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or reused. All content you have created, posted, or streamed under your account will also be removed. Please note: a) data shared by others about you such as messages, or posts will not be removed; b) some data may be retained in accordance with our retention policy and legal obligations, such as for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
We may also retain backup copies of certain information for a limited time for business continuity or disaster recovery purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

12.Submitting a Privacy Request
12.1 Authorized Agent Requests
You may appoint an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf under applicable data protection laws, provided that: a) the authorized agent is a natural person or a registered business entity; b) you have granted the agent signed, written authorization to act on your behalf.
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require a copy of the signed authorization and direct verification of your identity from you.

12.2 Verification Requirements
