Registration Agreement

By accessing or using the ChattyGo Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services” or “ChattyGo Services”), including the ChattyGo App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). You are a party to this Agreement, and the other party is PT. VIDIO TEMAN INDONESIA KOMUNIKASI SOSIAL and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “ChattyGo” or “we”), with registered address at: Gang Mas Koki IV Kel. Gabek Satu, Kec. Gabek Kota Pangkal Pinang, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, 33118 Indonesia. You and ChattyGo are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
ChattyGo may revise this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You may only use the Services and enter into this Agreement if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are not restricted by applicable local laws.
All actions under your account are deemed to be performed by you and are your sole responsibility. You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your account and password.
1. Account Management
1. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your account name and password.
2. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. ChattyGo may suspend or disable your account at any time if there is any risk of violation of this Agreement, service disruption, infringement, or illegal activity.
4. Users may register or log in via third-party services. Such third parties’ collection and processing of your information are governed by their privacy policies. See ChattyGo Privacy Policy for details.
5. To stop using the Services and delete your account, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us at iqisdanizar@gmail.com.
6. Account deletion is permanent. All content associated with the account will also be irretrievably deleted.
2. Privacy Protection
Your privacy is of utmost importance to ChattyGo. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personal information and how you may manage your privacy settings.
3. Services
1. User-Generated Content (UGC)
ChattyGo allows users to engage in video, chat, posting, voice interaction, and other activities, and to create, publish, transmit, display, or store text, audio, images, applications, code, or other data (“User Content”).
Users may apply ChattyGo-provided features such as music, stickers, and virtual items (“ChattyGo Features”) to their User Content.
2. Content, Product, and Service Discovery
ChattyGo may display advertisements, promotions, and other sponsored content to help users discover content, products, and services offered by merchants or institutions.
3. Prevention of Harmful Conduct and Community Protection
ChattyGo maintains a global team and technology systems to identify abuse or situations requiring protection. Measures may include content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or contacting law enforcement.
4. Global Access
To provide global services, content and data may be stored and distributed worldwide, including outside your country, operated by ChattyGo or its affiliates.
4. Acceptable Use of Services
When using the Services, you must comply with this Agreement, applicable laws, and community guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
1. Creating, uploading, or distributing illegal, obscene, pornographic, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, inciting, or otherwise improper content;
2. Impersonating others, falsifying identity or account information, or engaging in fraud;
3. Harassing or threatening other users, or collecting personal information without authorization;
4. Removing, bypassing, or compromising security features, copyright notices, or content protection measures;
5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or similar actions (unless permitted by law);
6. Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works (unless permitted by law);
7. Uploading viruses or other malicious programs;
8. Interfering with the Services, servers, networks, or the normal experience of other users;
9. Manipulating identifiers to conceal content sources;
10. Attempting to bypass content filters or access unauthorized areas;
11. Using the Services for illegal purposes, including violations of intellectual property, privacy, or data protection laws.
ChattyGo may remove, filter, or edit User Content to the extent permitted by law without prior notice.
5. UGC Authorization, Prohibited Content, and Responsibility
Authorization
When you post or upload UGC to ChattyGo, unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant ChattyGo and its licensees a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works of such content, including for future media or technology.
This license terminates after reasonable backup retention periods, except for:
● Content used for promotional purposes;
● Time required to delete content from system backups.
Prohibited Content
You may not create or distribute the following:
● Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
● Content encouraging self-harm or suicide;
● Illegal conduct, including violence, terrorism, or drugs;
● False information, especially affecting public safety;
● Threats or harassment, including cyberbullying;
● Spam or malicious activity;
● Infringing content;
● Discriminatory or offensive content;
● Violent threats.
Responsibility
Other users’ posts, shares, or expressions on the ChattyGo Services (including virtual gifts) represent only those users’ views and not the positions or values of ChattyGo.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your UGC.
6. Content Review
ChattyGo employs automated and human review systems to monitor content but cannot guarantee identification of all violations. Violations may result in:
● Content removal;
● Feature restrictions;
● Account suspension or termination.
7. Virtual Items
Only users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may purchase virtual diamonds or gifts.
Diamond prices are displayed on the purchase page. Payment methods, fees, and exchange rates are determined by payment channels. Purchased diamonds are credited to your account and may be used to buy gifts. Diamonds are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
8. Third-Party Content
The Services may include third-party content. ChattyGo does not assume responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. Users access third-party websites or applications at their own risk. Users are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials in the Services, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, copyrights, photos, audio, video, music, and related intellectual property, are owned by ChattyGo or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, performance, or commercial use is prohibited.
ChattyGo grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
ChattyGo does not guarantee that the Services will be secure, virus-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChattyGo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services, User Content, third-party content, or unauthorized use or modification of content.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChattyGo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
● Your violation of this Agreement;
● Your use of the Services;
● Your User Content;
● Your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
ChattyGo may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time for any reasonable cause, including:
● Service discontinuation;
● Legal requirements;
● Breach of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and associated content, and remain responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of ChattyGo’s place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including referenced policies and rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ChattyGo regarding the Services and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
